As usual, inspiration came from elsewhere. In this case, a keychain.

Head and Body

Legs in orange yarn, make two.

• Turn, in the 2nd stitch: 2sc x 3
• Weave in the tail and it’s done.
• Attach by sewing onto the body with orange yarn.

Beak in the same orange yarn.

• 2sc x 2, slip stitch
• Leave a long tail to sew it on the face.

Wings in white yarn, make two.

• Chain 7
• 2sc in 2nd stitch, 1sc x 4, 3sc, 1sc x 5
• Leave a long tail to sew completely on side of body.

Flower petals, in light yellow or any color you like your flower to be:

Make five petals and leave a long tail to sew around the head.
